Looking for promo tickets of airlines? When you’re buying tickets online, you may notice a Promo Code field at checkout, like with Travelocity. How do you know which promo tickets of airlines are available? And how do you find these?

The links above are one good source for airlines, at least for Travelocity promo tickets. This is a site that is a Travelocity Affiliate, (which means they are authorized to place the Travelocity ads on their website.) Travelocity lets the affiliates know which promotions are current, and supplies all the links for the promo tickets of airlines that Travelocity does business with. (This type of promotion does not generally need a promotion code, but has specific rules regarding the amount of money spent, the number of nights stay, the time of the week, etc.) The other type of promotion for airlines is where a promo code is given for a short duration, and if you find the promo code, and use it on check out, you’ll see the dollar amount of the transaction reduced right away. These you generally have to find from an affiliate, or you may luck out and land on the right page on the website that spells it out. (I suspect that these pages with the promo codes for tickets of airlines are more easily accessed if you’re given the links.)

That’s really nice of you to put up promo codes for any of us to use for additional discounts on our next airline travel situation. It’s one of the factors that tips what airline one would travel on compared to another: Even if the prices are within mere dollars of each other. What I usually like to do is get a full-array of airline ticket prices amongst the airlines that service my local area and my destination. That way if 2 prices are close together, I can pick the one I prefer based on the services they offer vs. any promo codes I may have at my disposal.

Thanks! I got hooked on promo codes several years back. I especially like the promo codes where you enter the code and you can SEE the price drop! Here’s my favorite place to check for Travelocity Promo Codes.
